This policy explains how T.M. Invest S.à r.l., trading as MATI SOCCER MANAGEMENT ("the Agency", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website or contact us.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you submit through our forms (contact, player application, club request): identity, contact details, football-related information, uploaded documents and, for applicants under 18, the contact details of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Why we process data
We process this data to answer your requests, review player applications, communicate with clubs and manage our agency activity. The legal bases are your consent, pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in operating the agency.
4. Minors
The protection of minors is a priority. Applications from players under 18 require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We never publish information about a minor without explicit parental consent, and their profiles remain private by default.
5. Who we share data with
Data is only shared with the technical providers that host this website and our database (including Supabase and Vercel), and, where relevant and agreed, with clubs or partners in the context of player representation. We never sell personal data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) for audience measurement; data may be transferred outside the EU under the safeguards provided by Google.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@matisoccermanagement.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données, Luxembourg).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, restricted access, private storage for documents and role-based permissions.
